Buckingham Redevelopment Co. was engaged by the Client to redevelop this existing retail building into a Studio School and College. Works included – Demolition and site works, structural modifications, new mechanical and hydraulic services. Restoration of the Façade of the Building and various elements throughout the internals including a heritage staircase. Modified to install a Lift to meet modern Building Compliance, and further escape stairways. New Amenities and Kitchenettes, ready to accommodation an Inner City School concept.


Buckingham Re-development Co. completed all Forward Works, Base Build and Structural Modifications, and internal Fitout works pursuant to the Design and documentation.
