Base Build and Fitout 2008

Although this Building was built in 2008 by Buckingham Redevelopment Co. it was an impressive project during its time, taking out the National Master Builders Award. The structure was piled into the sea bed, then the Boardwalk was constructed for the Building to be built on top. Buckingham Redevelopment Co. was then contracted by the Tenant to complete the Fitout works.

Furthermore Buckingham Redevelopment was contracted to complete the Stage 2, conversion of the Old Breakwater venue into various smaller hospitality venues. The extensive fit out is both impressive and unique with chic spacious interiors, spectacular alfresco and salubrious atmosphere. The standard was set exceptionally high successfully achieved by the design and project team providing one of Perths premier locations.

The Builder and Client worked seamlessly together to achieve a successful outcome. Buckingham Redevelopment Co. maintained a strong commitment to the Client’s goals, ensuring their investment and business priorities remained at the forefront throughout the project.
