Buckingham Re-development Co. was contracted for the Stage 1 and Stage 2 Retail Showroom Development to construct various sized single storey Buildings, Landscaping, Civil works to Roads and Carparks. Stage 1 occupied approx. 4500m2 and Stage 2 occupied approx. 2000m2 of retail improvements excluding driveways, and carparks.


The Precinct is now home to a diverse range of tenants, including Hungry Jack’s, Muzz Buzz, a veterinary hospital, swim school, tyre and auto suppliers, a 24-hour gym, and pet supply retailers. Several national retail chains are also rapidly establishing their presence within the development. Conveniently located near the Kwinana Town Centre, the Precinct sits at the intersection of Meares Road and Challenger Avenue.
